Work Permit Information
Worker's Permits may be obtained in the East High Career Center between the hours of 7:15 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Worker's Permit Requirements:
- A letter from your employer on their letterhead stating their intent to hire you and listing your job duties
- Your parent/guardian signature on the bottom of the employer's letter
- Your original social security card
- Additional identification in the form of either your driver's license, state ID card, birth certificate, or baptismal certificate
- $10 (which will be reimbursed by the employer on your first paycheck)
*Note: Parent(s) need not be present for a student to obtain a worker's permit
